Concerned about the quality of its products and aware of the demands of increasingly sophisticated clients. The Mecaflash company has begun a process of improving its quality management system since 2010.
Thanks to the involvement of all staff, Mecaflash has been certified ISO 9001: 2008 in 2011.
And it is on this same path that got Mecaflash 2014 certification EN 9100: 2009.
In order to best prepare for future updates of ISO 9001: 2015 and EN 9100: 2016, Mecaflash implemented since mid-2015 actions to obtain certifications.

- Final inspection (documentary, visual and dimensional)

Control staff has at its disposal all the equipment necessary for the successful completion of the test pieces that are transmitted to it.

- Micrometers (reading accuracy 0.01 and 0.001)
- Control Piges
- Specific equipment for the Control of chamfers
- Video monitoring machine 2D (control accuracy +/- 0.007)
Recording / Traceability
Any material present in Mecaflash is drawn upon receipt with a unique number of its own. On customer request, this number may follow the material throughout the production chain to delivery to the client, storage manufacturing file and possibly stockpiling parts.
They are requested by the client or not, the following information is systematically recorded :
