Thickness washers

Thickness washers" are used in mechanical assemblies and make it possible to compensate for the gaps added by the set of accumulated tolerances.
Our precision washers are made to measure to meet our customers' needs and requirements.
They are used in various industrial sectors such as aeronautics, aerospace, defense, armaments, automotive, agri-food, optics and in many national and international industries.
Die-cut and machined washers are available in a very wide range of sizes, thicknesses, shapes, materials and hardnesses.

Grinding

Our CNC rotary table surface grinding machine allows us to achieve accuracy down to 5 microns depending on the material and dimensions.

Marking

Proposal of two types of marking that are essential to the life cycle of the product and very important during assembly, in particular for the identification of thicknesses:

• Inkjet marking,
• Laser engraving.

• Dimensions up to 1450mm outer diameter; beyond that, they are manufactured in sectors (within the limits of the capacities of material suppliers and machines) with adapted production means: lathe, digital center, wire cutting (EDM), laser cutting
• The means of production allow the manufacture of large series from prototype parts to large series.
