Mecaflash has grown considerably since 1983, when it was founded.
In order to satisfy its customers as well as possible, our machinery is constantly evolving to meet the evolving requirements of the markets.

From prototype parts to large series, with all types of metals, we adapt our manufacturing with machining and cutting technologies such as 3-axis digital machining, wire cutting, laser cutting, bar turning, chemical cutting and stamping.

Peelable wedge manufacturing techniques
The peelable shims can be machined by CNC milling, conventional machining or wire cutting which allow us to make different sizes and shapes

Machined washer manufacturing techniques
Conventional lathe, laser cutting, digital machining
We make our washers using conventional lathes or digital machining in order to obtain optimal precision.

These can be made by laser cutting when the required tolerances allow it.

Grinding

Our CNC rotary table surface grinding machine allows us to achieve accuracy down to 5 microns depending on the material and dimensions.

Marking

Part marking is important to identify and ensure the traceability of the part.
We offer two types of marking that are essential to the life cycle of the product and very important during assembly, especially for marking thicknesses:

• Inkjet marking,
• Laser engraving.

Mecaflash has developed a production management system dedicated to its activity and structure in order to manage:
