With its ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certifications, the company relies on a Quality Management System, involving each actor in the process.
The involvement of the quality control department, composed of 8 employees who master aeronautical requirements, makes it possible to obtain high levels of performance, particularly in the management of non-conformities (overall compliance rate of more than 99%).
Each production is subject to a final inspection and identification, at the end of which the discharge documents are drawn up (declaration of conformity, inspection report, ISP, DVI, etc.).
The company invests in control equipment such as 2D vision measuring machines with an accuracy of 3μm.

Means of control
The means of control made available to the staff are as follows:
- Calipers
- Micrometers (reading accuracy 0.01 and 0.001)
- Control Gauges
- Roughness Meters
- Marble
- Specific material for chamfer inspection
- 2D inspection machines (accuracy +/-0.008mm for one and 0.003mm for the other)
Registration & Traceability
Upon receipt of the material, it is checked, controlled, and identified by its own number to ensure optimal traceability.
The material number is affixed to each production order and recorded electronically in order to be able to provide all traceability information to the customer.
Quality documents are saved for all stored parts.

- We systematically record the internal material traceability number corresponding to the order number (taking into account the casting number)
- We archive the follower sheets.
- We perform computer backups to ensure that all traceability data is protected and accessible

- Packaging and the integrity of parts during delivery are essential elements to guarantee the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Our packaging is tailored to your specific requirements and complies with environmental standards.
- Equipped with a machine that allows blister packaging (SKIN PACK), we favor this packaging for optimal protection of your parts against shocks, scratches, dust or humidity.
- The type of transport is adapted (pallet or parcel) depending on the size or weight of the parts.
